ReplyMasters ("we," "us," or "our") is a service of 7 Figure Fast Track. This Privacy Policy explains what information this website collects, how it's used, and the choices available to you.
Information You Provide
If you use the "Check My Google Reviews" request on this site, you may voluntarily provide your name, business name, city/state, and email address. When you submit that form, this website sends that information directly to ReplyMasters — through this site's own server and email infrastructure — to evaluate and respond to your review-response request. ReplyMasters may retain the resulting inquiry or email as normal business correspondence.
Public Business Information
To evaluate or prepare a review-response offer, ReplyMasters may review publicly available information about a business, including publicly visible Google Business Profile reviews. A personalized offer page prepared for a specific business may include business-specific, publicly available review content and the prepared responses written for that business.
Personalized offer pages are not intended for public discovery and are marked noindex, nofollow. However, they are not access-controlled, and anyone who has the page URL may be able to view them. These pages do not contain internal qualification data or unrelated private information.
How Information Is Used
Information you provide, and any publicly available business information we review, is used only to evaluate, prepare, and deliver a review-response offer, and to correspond with you about that offer. We do not sell your information.
Payments
If you purchase a completed response pack, payment is processed through PayPal, an external checkout service operated separately from this website. ReplyMasters does not collect or store your payment card details on this site. PayPal's own privacy practices govern the information you provide to PayPal during checkout.
Cookies and Analytics
This website does not currently use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any other third-party analytics or advertising tracker. A small piece of front-end code (trackEvent()) exists in this site's JavaScript to support possible future internal measurement, but it does not transmit any data anywhere by default. This site does not currently intentionally set marketing or analytics cookies.
If analytics or additional tools are added in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated first.
Third-Party Services
Aside from PayPal (for payment processing), this website does not currently rely on third-party services that receive your personal information.
Data Retention
Email correspondence you send us (including through the request described above) may be retained as part of our normal business communications. Publicly available review information used to prepare an offer is retained only as needed to prepare, deliver, and support that offer.
Your Choices
You may choose not to provide any information through the request form on this site. You may also contact us at any time to ask what information we hold about your business, or to request deletion of correspondence you've sent us, subject to any legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or legitimate business recordkeeping obligations that may require us to retain certain information.
Changes to This Policy
This policy may be updated as the website or its practices change. Any material update — including the addition of analytics, tracking, or new data collection — will be reflected on this page.
